Terms & Conditions

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns.

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged beyond repair. Such items should be reported within 7 days of receiving, your item must be unused, in the manufacturer packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.

In order to report missing/damaged item, please email info@powerplusfitness.co with the following information:

  • Please include your full name, phone number, order number, photograph of the defective item received

In the event we have shipped an incorrect/defective/damaged item, Power Plus Fitness will be responsible to cover shipping and handling costs.
